From Darkness to Light: My Journey to Becoming More Self-Worthy and Free
I wasn’t always the person you see today. There was a time well over a decade when I felt utterly lost, caught in a life that looked perfect from the outside but felt like slow suffocation on the inside.

I had the job, the relationships, and the material comforts, yet every morning I woke up with an unbearable heaviness. A profound inner emptiness that seemed insurmountable drew me in. Anxiety gnawed at me. The fear of loss haunted me. And self-doubt planted painful thoughts in my mind. Some days I cried until I was empty; others, I felt completely numb, unable to move, simply hoping sleep would offer some escape. I wanted to scream, but wasn’t afraid of being judged or seen as weak.

Yet somehow, a small spark inside me refused to go out. I knew—deep down—I didn’t want to live that way. I refused to be a prisoner of my own mind. So, I made a decision.

I began immersing myself in the study of emotions, human psychology, energy, and the unseen forces that shape our lives. Along the way, I met incredible mentors—Bob Proctor, Dr. Priyanka Ghode, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. Dain Heer, Gary Douglas, Dr. Ashish Sehgal, and others—each of whom helped me unlock deeper layers of understanding.

By my late 20s, I had undergone a complete transformation not just mentally, but at the level of the soul. That transformation gave birth to my true purpose: helping people help themselves. It also earned me recognition as the best life coach in India and placed me among the top NLP coaches in India.
